Construct a ring road connecting the Ngoc Hoi Interchange with National Highway 1C and the major traffic arteries of Nha Trang City.
Complete the regional transportation network, alleviate congestion on existing routes, and enhance traffic capacity.
Establish a foundational infrastructure framework for urban and commercial service development, while enhancing connectivity between the former Nha Trang airport area and its vicinity.
Route Scale & Standards: Total length of approximately 9.86 km; classified as an urban road, Grade II project, Grade III technical standard (plain terrain), with a design speed of 60 km/h.
Typical Cross-section: Includes 2 main lanes, sidewalks, and a median strip. The project features a synchronized design for drainage, lighting, and technical infrastructure systems.
Land Use Area: Approximately 47.14 ha (excluding resettlement areas).
Investment & Funding: Total investment is approximately 1,196.29 billion VND, implemented under a Build-Transfer (BT) contract model. Capital recoupment is secured through a central urban land fund of approximately 9.15 ha.
The Feasibility Study Report (FSR) was approved by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee on August 23, 2017.
Project contract implementation period: 02 years, from the fourth quarter of 2017 (Q4/2017) to the fourth quarter of 2019 (Q4/2019).
