OBJECTIVES
- Provide consultancy for establishing Building Information Modeling (BIM) during the Feasibility Study (FS) phase for the project: “Construction of Technical Infrastructure System for the Urban Area – Park – Administrative Center” in Khanh Hoa Province.
- Develop a detailed BIM Execution Plan (BEP), specifying regulations for the Common Data Environment (CDE) usage and coordination processes among stakeholders.
- Develop 3D BIM models and 3D view sets to support design alternative analysis, quantity takeoff, and the preparation of the Feasibility Study report.
