Supervision Period

Main Task: Supervision of Civil Works and Installation for Package No. 05 of the project.

Scope of Supervision: Supervision of quality, quantity, progress/schedule, traffic safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection during the construction process.

Supervision Scope Allocation:

Viet Long Technology Development Co., Ltd.: Supervision of Lighting and Power Supply System Items (power lines and substations/transformer stations).

T27 Consulting Joint Stock Company (JSC): Supervision of Transportation Works Item (roadbed and pavement, longitudinal drainage, slope stabilization, traffic safety, storm drainage, utility trenches/duct banks, and cross culverts).

Quality Management: Strict control over materials, components, and equipment installed in the works; organizing comparison testing and quality inspection when necessary.

Project Warranty Period:

18 months for civil works items.
24 months for transformer equipment.
60 months for lighting fixture equipment.

Safety & Environment: Immediately suspend construction if the contractor violates occupational safety, traffic safety, or fire and explosion prevention regulations.

Total Implementation Period: 150 days and according to the construction period of the Work Package. Specific Timeline:

Commencement Date: October 05, 2024.
Estimated Completion Date: March 04, 2025. Detailed Schedule: Starts from the effective date of the Construction Contract (Package No. 04) until the works are accepted and put into operation/use.

Mobilization Mechanism: The Contractor shall deploy a sufficient number of personnel as proposed in the accepted Electronic Bidding Documents (E-HSDT).

Requirements: Personnel must possess appropriate professional practice certificates and expertise/qualifications. The Contractor must ensure supervisory personnel are stationed permanently and continuously at the construction site/site of work.

Total Implementation Period: 150 days and according to the construction period of the Work Package
