BIM (  Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent process based on 3D models, helping professionals in the field of design, construction and operation of works have tools to plan, coordinate and manage projects more effectively.

BIM is not just a software, but an integrated working method, allowing all stakeholders in a construction project to work together on a single data model, from the design stage to construction and operation.

3. BIM Development Schedule

2017
BIM Kick-off  – Start applying BIM at the company with the Ngoc Hoi Interchange project. This is the first step in applying BIM technology to traffic infrastructure design.
2019-2021
Development  – ​​Expand BIM application to larger projects. Train staff and build standardized BIM workflows.
2022-2023
Advanced  – BIM implementation for Highway 26B project. Complete coordination and clash detection process.
2024-2025
Professionalization  – Deploying BIM LOD 300-350 for BVTC projects. Building CDE and participating in large-scale highway projects.
