Some AI tools are being researched and applied:

• Gamma AI:  Quickly create complete slide decks from a single paragraph or document, with modern, easy-to-edit designs.
• Microsoft Copilot in PowerPoint, Canva Magic Design:  Support content suggestions, layouts, and illustrations right in familiar tools.

3. Level of automation and completeness

AI application is divided into levels:

• Basic:  AI supports writing outlines and summarizing content, while users design slides.
• Advanced:  AI suggests content and layouts, images, and helps create slide drafts in just minutes.

4. Proposal Process with Gamma AI

The proposed workflow at T27 consists of four concise steps:

1. Preparation:  Raw content and key figures.
2. Create draft:  Use Gamma AI to create a draft slide set from the topic/document.
3. Editing:  Engineers edit technical content, add drawings and charts.
4. Finalize:  Standardize colors, logos, fonts, and layout/release.

Applying AI in slide creation is one of the specific steps in T27’s digital transformation roadmap, helping to save time, increase professionalism, but still ensuring technical content is strictly controlled by the company’s team of experts.
