• Quality:  Over 90% of contracts guarantee quality; survey reaches 95%, design reaches 85%.
• Progress:  100% of contracts completed on or ahead of schedule.

Technology and Training

• Invest in additional Mavic 3E UAV and concrete compressor.
• Deploying BIM and AI models in project design and management.
• Organize internal training, issue first and second class practice certificates; focus on BIM and AI training.

4. Typical Projects in 2024

• National level projects:  Hoai Nhon – Quy Nhon Expressway (Km30–Km40) and Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot route (Km22–Km32).
• Provincial project:  Upgrading DT652 road, building District 2 bridge and traffic road outside Van Phong Port.

5. Union Activities and Employee Life

The company actively participates in sports activities of the transport industry union, organizes recreation and gives gifts to employees’ children.

• Revenue has not reached the target in most departments, especially Binh Dinh branch.

• Improve human resources:  Promote training and recruitment for key positions.
