Construction of physical infrastructure to serve the cultural, educational, and recreational needs of children.

Provision of spaces for physical training and artistic talent development (Young Shoots Theatre, Sports Palace).

Creation of public spaces for recreation and entertainment for local residents and tourists (Square, musical fountain, amusement area).

Extensive Scale: Comprising various functional components such as the Young Shoots Theatre Block (Block A), Central Classroom Block (Block B), Sports Palace (Block D), Outdoor Swimming Pool (Block F), and Musical Fountain Square (Block G).

Contemporary Structural Design: Features a basement area of nearly $6,000 m^2$ serving all blocks, with the main blocks rising $4-5$ stories high, constructed with robust reinforced concrete (RC) structures.

Integrated Infrastructure System: A complete system of sports fields (football, badminton), amusement areas, and auxiliary facilities.

  • – Project Implementation Duration: 16 months.
  • – Consultancy Contract Implementation Duration (Contract No. 30): 240 days from the effective date of the contract.

The three key personnel listed in the contract are: Nguyen Thi Phuc, Tran Thi Tra Giang, and Tran Nguyen Khanh Huy.

Construction Phase: 120 days (as per Construction and Installation Package No. 16).

Warranty Period: 12 months.
