Design duration
Construction Supervision: Ensure the quality, quantity of work, schedule/progress, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene for Package No. 16 (Construction of the Thuan Nam Interchange).
Transport Connectivity: Investment and complete construction of the Thuan Nam Interchange, connecting with Provincial Road DT.709, and linking with the access road connecting the North-South Expressway to National Highway 1 and the Ca Na General Seaport.
Key Technical Components/Items:
- Main Expressway Alignment: The approved scale/scope shall be maintained.
- Connecting Ramps/Branches: Subgrade width of 8m, pavement width of 6m.
- Toll Station: Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) – Non-stop tolling system; 02 free-flow entry lanes, 02 exit lanes with barriers, integrated with an ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) (CCTV, VDS, VMS, etc.).
- Contract Type: Lump-sum contract.
Joint Venture Work Division:
Bridge & Tunnel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company (JSC): 15% of the value (Supervision of toll station equipment installation).
T27 Consulting Joint Stock Company (JSC): 85% of the value (Supervision of civil works construction and installation, excluding toll station equipment).
Contract Execution Period: Calculated from the Effective Date of the Contract until all parties have fulfilled their obligations.
Construction Schedule/Progress: According to the execution period of Package No. 16, which is 120 days.
Warranty Period: 12 months starting from the completion of the services.
Contract Signing Date: July 30, 2025.
5 Key Personnel: Including 1 Chief Supervision Consultant (Đỗ Văn Phong) and 4 Supervision Consultants.
4 Other Personnel: Support staff.
Total: 9 personnel mobilized.
