Contributing to the completion of the Binh Dinh Provincial Master Plan for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1619/QD-TTg dated December 14, 2023.
The realization of the project will address traffic congestion at the intersection area, aligning with its position as a strategic gateway to and from Quy Nhon city center.
Consultancy services for surveying and preparing the Feasibility Study Report for construction investment of the project: ‘Expansion and Upgrading of the Traffic Intersection at the Dong Da – Hoa Lu 5-Way Junction Area, Quy Nhon City.
Application of BIM in surveying and design to model existing conditions, analyze, and select optimal solutions, thereby enhancing traffic safety, reducing congestion, and completing the urban transport infrastructure.
Establishing a synchronized digital database for the subsequent phases of design – construction – operation management (Common Data Environment – CDE, 3D models, digital documentation).
Specialized consultancy contract for surveying, preparing the Feasibility Study Report (FSR), and Building Information Modeling (BIM), including a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and a detailed list of BIM deliverables.
Establishment of a Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage and share project data.
3D modeling of existing conditions, traffic models, technical infrastructure, and architecture to facilitate the analysis and selection of intersection design options.
Mobilization of a consortium comprising two consulting firms (T27 Consultancy JSC and Viet Long Technology Development Co., Ltd.) with a large team of experts, featuring clearly defined roles and implementation schedules.
Contract Implementation Period (including surveying, preparing the FSR, and BIM): 120 days from the contract effective date, in accordance with Article 25.
