T27 The Heart of Every Project
- Ethics & SIA Council: Established internally including veteran experts and leadership.
- Mission: Review key projects (transportation, irrigation, large-scale planning) not only based on technology but also from the perspective of "Heart".
- Goal: Evaluate long-term impacts on the community, absolute safety, and balance of social interests, ensuring T27 always acts for the common good.
Pillar 2
Sustainable Development
- T27 Sustainable Design Framework: Develop and issue a set of internal standards.
- Content: Transform technical concepts of sustainability into mandatory business processes and checklists.
- Application: All T27 design, consulting, and planning documents must be reviewed through this set of criteria before being issued.

Science and Technology Lead the Way & Continuous Learning
- "T27 - Learning Organization" Initiative: Materializing the motto "lifelong learning... creating the future".
- Technical Seminar: Organized monthly to transfer knowledge and new technology.
- R&D Fund: Encourage engineers and architects to research and apply new technology. Knowledge Management System: Build a centralized knowledge repository so that all employees can access and contribute.
Communication & Spread
1. Internal communication:
• Mission and Vision are communicated and trained to 100% of staff.
• Values (Integrity, Sustainability, Learning) are incorporated into the Culture Manual and the KPI system.
2. External communication:
• Synchronize Mission and Vision on the official website, Company Profile, and all marketing materials.
• Ensure customers, partners and stakeholders clearly identify T27’s strategic commitment and positioning in the market.
